ABOUT MARSHALL.

Marshall Condra has been coaching clients in Orlando for 10 years, starting in 2016. He's been training personally for 15 years total — competing in weightlifting, powerlifting, and track and field. He was the first state champion in his high school's history in the 139 lb weightlifting class.

He doesn't run a big gym. He doesn't manage 50 clients. He runs a small, intentional operation because he believes coaching is a relationship — not a transaction. Every conversation is intentional. Every session is focused. He invests in his clients as people — not just as bodies to train.

Every client Marshall has ever lost left because of a life change — relocation, finances, schedule. Not because the coaching wasn't working. Jen moved out of state and still coaches with Marshall virtually five years later. John reconnected with Marshall after moving away and came back training three times a week. Do I need to already be in shape to start?

No. Mark came in and couldn't finish his first session. He lost 100 lbs working with Marshall. The movement screen in session one exists specifically to find out where you are right now — and build from there, not from where you think you should be.

What's the catch with 2 free sessions?

No catch. Marshall offers this because he's confident that once you experience the coaching, you'll want to continue. There's no pressure, no hard sell at the end, and no commitment required. If it's not the right fit — you leave with your scan results and that's it.

What does training cost after the trial?

Semi-private training starts at $60/session (up to 3 clients training together). Private 1-on-1 training starts at $100/session. Most clients train 2–3 times per week. This is not the cheapest option in Orlando — it is the best option for the client who wants real results and a real relationship with their coach.

What if I have injuries or physical limitations?

The movement screen in session one is specifically designed to identify limitations, compensations, and pain points. Marshall has worked with clients managing chronic pain, post-surgery recovery, and mobility restrictions. Training is adapted to you — not the other way around.

How often do I need to train each week?

Most clients train 2–3 times per week for the best results. The first conversation is about your schedule, not a commitment requirement. Marshall will tell you honestly what frequency will get you to your goals — and work with what you can actually commit to.

Where are sessions held?

All in-person sessions are held at Lift 365 in Downtown Orlando. Not a commercial gym experience — Marshall operates in a designated training area where sessions are focused and distraction-free. Online coaching is also available for clients who need remote programming.

How quickly can I expect to see results?

Clients who train consistently report noticeable changes in how they look and feel within 4–6 weeks. Results others comment on typically happen within 90 days. This isn't a promise — it's a consistent pattern across 10 years of clients who showed up and did the work.

Is there any commitment required after the free trial?
